When I try to add that I get
    GCTRT03(config-if)#isdn channel-id invert extend-bit
                                         ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

The router has is run image c3725-is-mz.122-15.T2.bin

try adding
 isdn channel-id invert extend-bit

Under your serial interface, i.e.

int ser0/0/0:23
 isdn channel-id invert extend-bit

I had the same problem with a Nortel 61C and the above fixed it.

The first call appears to be rejected by your PBX but I think the
debug is missing info. The "Cause i = 0x81B6 - Incoming calls are
barred" should probably appear in a Disconnect or Release message
from the PBX.

The second one is also rejected by the PBX. I would guess because of
the Display IE but the second Release message is a bit confusing.

Is this H.323 or MGCP?

We have a PRI between are CCM and Nortel M1 pbx. Was working fine
until we upgraded.
We upgraded are CCM from 3.3.4 to 4.1.3 . Now we can't make any
calls. the D-channel is established.
but when I try to make a call from my IP phone it disconnects right
away. when I call from Nortel to IP
it rings once then disconnects. I did a debug isdn q931 and see the
Messages.
Any help is appreciated
