[cisco-voip] Cisco 7960G Troobles

I had the same problem in upgrading to sip load 7.3, P0S3-07-3-00.  The 
OS79XX.TXT that is supplied in the Cisco zip file has a typo in it.  Look 
in the archives for January for a message from Jared Mauch that addresses 
the problem for other sip versions.

Make sure the OS79XX.TXT contains the file name of the .bin or .sbn file, 
NOT the .sb2 file name.
