[cisco-voip] Who has upgraded from 3.3.4 to 4.1.2?

We are in the same boat. We are upgrading to 3.3.4 in a few weeks and then to 4.1.2 at the end of april.

I've gone through some sample upgrades in the test centre (one publisher only) without any huge problems. I will be introducing a subscriber soon in the test centre so I can do a cluster upgrade and test moving devices over and back during an upgrade. The publisher took about an hour I think. If you move the devices to the same version subscriber, you should have little downtime.

CRS is another question altogether. We too are going to upgrade from 3.1 to 3.5. I'm not sure how we're gonna handle that yet and will be investigating that soon.

I'm looking for someone(s) who has upgraded a publisher / Subscriber CM
3.3.4 to 4.1.2. And if possible upgraded from CRS 3.1 to 3.5.

  I have some questions.

Did you run into any problems?

If you are integrated with AD did the upgrade go well?

If you are using Unity, did the CM upgrade change the ports or did you
have to manually change the voice mail ports?

How long did it take? 4 hours, 8 hours 24 hours? I need to schedule a
window and need to know about how much time I need.

  Thanks In Advance.

  Scott
