[cisco-voip] 7940/7960 Versions 7.1(2) posted on CCO

A user on 7.1(2) called me and said his voice quality was like a cell phone.  He was talking, then it seemed like his phone went on a mute for a few seconds because he couldn't hear himself the and other party couldn't hear him.  Is anyone else experiencing any voice quality issues on 7.1(2)?

FYI due to several different bugs and/or bug fixes with 7.1(2) doing a
**#** will no longer reset the phone if it is entered as dialed digits. 
  It will work if you go to services or settings first though.
