[cisco-voip] 7.1(2) getting calls off of hold bug?

I've done many lab tests on 7.1(2) and not seen this.  Can you grab a 
sniffer trace from the back of the phone or from a port span to make 
sure the offhook is being generate and sent back to CM server?  CM 
should at least send TCP ACK for the line stimulus.
