[cisco-voip] 7.1(2) getting calls off of hold bug?

Ok. I've duplicated this here in our lab and have a
customer with this behavior on several phones. This is
with CCM 3.3(3). Let me try on our 4.0 server and see
if it is different.

When you have call on hold, the little ][ icon is next
to line and a bigger box is around line with call
counter, and the number you called is blinking.

When you press the button next to this DN on right
side of phone once, the box goes away and the DN is
displayed and the ][ icon is on line still.

If you press button on right for this DN again, the
call goes off of hold.

Using the softkeys hold/resume works fine.
