[cisco-voip] Adding components to an installed CRS 3.1 box

Have you tried to add the licensing?  I was under the impression that
everything loaded with the CRS install but the licenses made them work.

We've got a CRS 3.1(2) box up and running in our test centre but it does
not have VOIP monitoring and stats (RASCAL) server installed. Is there a
way to add these components without reinstalling the whole thing?
