[cisco-voip] 6608 T1 Blades (to config or not to config)

I've got both stories from the TAC. Just not sure which side to take. I've disabled the ports we're not using for now.

  I always configure all ports. Back in the day there were issues where the 6608 would crash the catalyst if there were unregistered ports contuously trying to register. I would hope this bug is fixed by now.
