[cisco-voip] 6608 T1 Blades (to config or not to config)

I always configure all ports. Back in the day there were issues where the
6608 would crash the catalyst if there were unregistered ports contuously
trying to register. I would hope this bug is fixed by now.

Just wondering if those of you out there who have 6608 blades have
configured all ports to CallManager or just the ones you are using?
