There is a system parameter that set the preferred frame size. Look
under the "Clusterwide Parameters (System - Location and Region)"
parameters under system parameters.

Subject: [cisco-voip] g711 sample size in CCM - 10ms or 20ms
I'm trying to figure out where to see/set the g711ulaw sample size in
CCM that it uses for phone calls.
I have a client with a voip monitoring device that is set to 10ms g711
and it is giving some SLA errors. I just want to double check on CCM
side if it is to 10ms or 20ms. This box has a 10 or 20mx setting for the
codec.
