[cisco-voip] g711 sample size in CCM - 10ms or 20ms

the ccm.exe process examines the codec capabilities of each device and 
selects the common capability, then ccm.exe sends the appropriate 
message to the endpoint to transmit or receive audio.

Yes, it will auto negotiate.
