[cisco-voip] Sniffer Utility on CallManager Server

Eterheal counts as unsupported software so Cisco's support model should
go along the lines of:
best effort support with software present
remove the software when support arrives at wits end
if issue still persists, request reinstall of the server from the OS up
to clear all traces of software from the system.

That said, I have ethereal on most of my CM servers and have not
observed negative effects other than a performance hit when ethereal is
running.

For a real production environment, a port span (monitor/mirror) and a
separate PC with ethereal are the best approach.
