It was in the Call handler. I found it.

Transfer incoming calls?
No (send directly to this handler's greeting)
Yes, ring message recipient's extension:

I have that much of the puzzle. I need to know how to make the
callhandler a DN rather then a Subscriber, or distribution list.

Create a CallHandler, and assign it the DN of the route point. In the
transfer settings of the CallHandler, select "Yes, Ring a subscriber
at this extension" and make sure "transfer type" is "release to
switch".

You can then dial the DN from unity and it will tranfer to the DN of
your route point.

Or... In your mailbox, under caller input, map one of the 1-9 keys to
transfer to the call handler you created above, and then simply prompt
the user to press the "key" for your helpdesk in your greeting.
