[cisco-voip] MoH on ATA 186

Dear colleagues,
I have a problem... On CCM 4.0.1sr2a I hear silence instead
of MoH on phone connected to ATA 186. Though MoH works
fine on all IP phones(7940,7910 and 7905) and even on 
PSTN side when call goes from PSTN to Callmanager
via Cisco h.323 gateway AS5350.
Is it a normal situation or there is some misconfiguration
of the Callmanager or ATA? Where to look?
