No. I can manually change from CM an AD attribute (Such as location or
telephone number) through User... Global directory... without issues,
and these changes are reflected in AD users&Groups...

Is anything blocking you CM from the AD servers via port 389?

Not the software itself, just the user directory you would search on. 

 

I have the TCD Directory Sync parameter set for 3 hours, Doesn't seem to
be updating it. I'll check the event logs next.

Can you explain what you're trying to do?  Are you just trying to update
the AC to the newest software?

are using the AD directory plugin.
