[cisco-voip] Playing IVR prompts

I have a trouble playing prompts over IP Call Legs.
According with the Cisco's document "Configuring TCL IVR Applications" ,
there are some restrictions;
"...
TCL IVR scripts played toward a VoIP call leg are subject to the following
conditions:
.G.711 mu-law encoding must be used when prompts are played.

....."
This is my scenario:

(Called side) PSTN<--------> GW ( IVR )<----h323----> INTERNET
<----h323----> GW <--------> PSTN (Caller side)

The trouble is not actually when playing media ( despite the bandwith
waste ) , other than when the POTS
side talks, the IP side can t hear any sound, but the POTS side can.
I set the codecs at g711ulaw, but the problem persist.

Aditionally if I set the gateway codec to g711alaw, the IP side didnt hear
the IVR prompts but the communication between both sides is successful.

This is my show conf run...
