[cisco-voip] Need suggestions for Unity issue

I have a situation that I am trying to find a solution for.

 

I have a new customer using Unity 4.0(4) VMO. The customer is a Dr.'s office
with several Dr.'s. Each Dr. has an emergency voicemail box that callers are
directed to from a call handler. Each Dr's emergency vm box has a greeting,
"You have reached the emergency voicemail box for Dr. Freud. Please leave a
detailed message, I will be paged and return your call."  The after message
action, is to record a message.

 

When a Dr. is out of town and being covered by another Dr. they want to
invoke the alternate greeting which says, "You have reached the emergency
voicemail box for Dr. Freud, I am currently out of town and being covered by
another physician". We then want the after greeting action to transfer to
the Dr who is covering's Emergency mailbox.

 

I can activate the alternate greeting via the TUI, but I cannot find a way
to change the after greeting action for the subscriber.

 

Does anyone know of a way to make this easy for my customer to change. Every
weekend they seem to have a two or three Dr.'s that are out of town and
being covered.
