[cisco-voip] Need suggestions for Unity issue

I don't think there's a way to change the action taken after the 
greeting except through the SAWeb.

I have a new customer using Unity 4.0(4) VMO. The customer is a Dr.’s 
office with several Dr.’s. Each Dr. has an emergency voicemail box that

Freud. Please leave a detailed message, I will be paged and return your

When a Dr. is out of town and being covered by another Dr. they want to 
invoke the alternate greeting which says, “You have reached the 
emergency voicemail box for Dr. Freud, I am currently out of town and 
being covered by another physician”. We then want the after greeting 
action to transfer to the Dr who is covering’s Emergency mailbox.

 

I can activate the alternate greeting via the TUI, but I cannot find a 
way to change the after greeting action for the subscriber.

 

Does anyone know of a way to make this easy for my customer to change. 
Every weekend they seem to have a two or three Dr.’s that are out of 
town and being covered.
