[cisco-voip] How Do I Disable Call Waiting Beep on CCM 4.0

Hi,

This is probably relatively simple but how do I disable the call waiting
beep on phones when using in CCM 4.0. It is driving those with shared lines
insane. In 3.3 you simply disabled the "ToneOnForward"  but I can't find
this setting in 4.0. Please help.
