[cisco-voip] AS5300 PSTN->SIP ringback question

Hello all,
I have an AS5300 running 12.3(13) with 549 DSPs and an NI PRI. SIP->PSTN
and PSTN->SIP calls work perfectly. The problem is that I don't get any
ringback when dialing PSTN->SIP because the call is still not setup. The
AS5300 doesn't pick up and establish the call until it negotiates an RTP
stream. That negotiation doesn't happen during the notify or the ringing of
the SIP phone, but only after it is picked up which may be 30-60 seconds or
until it is forwarded to voicemail. Once either event happens, the RTP
stream is established and the call begins. Is there a way to tell the
AS5300 to either - tell the phone company to generate ringback during the
SIP alerting and negotiation phase - or - have the AS5300 pick up the call
and generate ringback then transfer the call once the called party answers
(or voicemail answers)? Any help or sample configs would be appreciated.
Thank you!
-Robert
