[cisco-voip] Phones Ring at the same time

The broadcast line group also, doesnt ring all phones at "exactly the
same time either", 1 starts, then the next, then the next, etc untill
all phones are ringing in the line group.

Also if you have a group of phones in a broadcast line group, and any
of those phones share lines with any of the other phones in the same
group, it will only audiably ring one line. so if your phone is
getting rung from the broadcast line group and you have the shared
line of someone else in the broadcase line group, only 1 line will
ring. Which one it is, is completly random from my observation.

This can be a problem when you have one of the shared lines set to
silent. When this is the case, you run the chance of your phone NOT
ringing at ALL when a call comes into the broadcast line group. This
is because the call started ringing on your silent shared line first,
and thus will not ring you primary line which would be set to audibly
ring.

Hopefully I made sense, because this was a nightmare to explain to tac.

I ran this problem up through them and they ended up submitting this
as a feature request.

Not sure if this is the case in 4.1 also..
