[cisco-voip] Alerting on shared lines

My setup involves shared lines across two or more 7960s.  I would like
to set the busy trigger on the lines to 2; however, when I do this I
notice that when a second inbound call comes into a shared line that is
already connected, none of the other lines alert.  Is this supposed to
be the case?  Am I missing something?
