[cisco-voip] Missed Call Reports

We have a client who would like to know the number of missed calls they have received so they know whether to hire new staff. I know that IPCC is the best thing for this, but they only have a few phones (two I think) and they'd just like to see a weeks worth of data, received calls, missed calls, etc.

I looked around in the CDR search and if I turn on zero length CDRs I think I can give them all the need using CAR.

What have others done when requests like this come in?
