[cisco-voip] Unity doesn't record/store voice mail and greetings

Hi,
our Unity server does not record/store voice mail messages and
greetings. Here are the logs:

Event Viewer displays the following error message:
The product Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server is out of licenses. Use
License Manager from the Administrative Tools folder for more
information on which users are out of compliance and how many licenses
should be purchased.
SA>Reports>Subscriber Report - shows that the Inbox Size of every
subscriber is 0 bytes.
There is no reference to Exchange Licensing in the Installation Guide.
What could be the problem?
