[cisco-voip] One-Way Audio

Hi Kevin,
Based on your tests it does sound as though the firewall is not
blocking the traffic. As with most one way audio issues this is
probably should an IP Routing issue. Basically what you described
shows that your IP Phone at home can send and receive RTP streams from
the GW in your office but is not able to have the sent RTP streams
reach the IP Phone at your office. I would suspect that the IP Phone
in your office is on a different subnet than CCM and the GW. Possibly
there is a configuration (or lack of) in the FIrewall that is causing
the inbound traffic for that subnet to be dropped via a rule or because
it does not know how to route it.
HTH,
Kevin
