[cisco-voip] FXS module breaking

	You should attempt to request a EFA on the failed modules.  This
should assist in finding out why they actually failed.  Perhaps the PBX is
outputting too much voltage.  Then again, most PBXes have FXS ports
themselves, so are you sure you meant FXS and not FXO?  If it's a FXS
module, you probally want to check that whatever phone
is connecting to it isn't sending the wrong amount of power, causing
it to be out of spec.  Then again, you could have a faulty power
supply for the 17xx or something else that is killing your module.

	Either way, I hope the whole thing is under support contract
or warranty so you can replace it.  I would start off with a whole
new router and perhaps check the voltage on the various lines involved.
