	On a semi-OT note, I've been debating if it would be worthwhile to
start a 79xx repair setup.  Make franken-phones out of the good parts
and recycle the bad parts..

	It seems like there is a small but potential market for
this amongst a few other neat tools/devices that could be built:

	1) PoE test meter
		. test the current draw and available current/voltage
		. test various speeds (10-half, 10-full, 100-half, 100-full)
	2) FXS/FXO tester
		. check voltages, simulate various REN load levels
		. simulate long cabling runs
