[cisco-voip] TCL VXML

Hello,
    Im using a TCL application which uses hybrid VXML to send http messages when I recevice some events(auth, connect, disconnecting), the problem comes when
I receive a disconnect event, I need to use VXML to send this event to out http server, but without a call leg I can execute a new VXML dialog(leg vxmldialog),
I dunno if theres a way to send http with TCL or to create a "virtual" or "dummy" leg, so I can execute VXML, I know the only problem is I cant play voices or dtmf, but I only use VXML to send HTTP request. Any idea how to solve this problem? ??
