[cisco-voip] Need help with 7960 firmware upgrade

Make sure you have only the latest copy of the SIP firmware in the tftpboot 
directory, and no other copies of SCCP firmware there.  It will first try 
to upload a copy of SCCP firmware if there is one.  I had the same problem 
yesterday.

If that doesn't work, try loading an earlier SIP firmware version (only one 
copy of firmware at a time in the tftpboot), and upgrading version by 
version from there.  Try using SipDefault.cnf to indicate the versions too.
