[cisco-voip] CCM - bug in PAB?

Hello,

 

I am trying to set up Personal Address Book (for some desperate customers
that can't use neither TAPI nor web dialer), and it works but not very well.

 

I eventually can enter or retrieve information in the address book, but I
often have to retry several times because in the meanwhile I get "Not
available" or "XML Error [4]: Parse Error" messages.

 

Did anybody ever experience those? Is there a fix?
