[cisco-voip] windows 2000 error in event logs

Hi Tim,

CM uses the windows management interface for some functions. This 
requires the component "client for microsoft network" left active 
(checked) for the specific connection CM is binding to. CM calls win32 
"gethostbyname" which uses both hosts and lmhosts files, best to have 
both in place.
