Hi,

I'm seeing this error once a day it seems like. I
think it is due to a user logging out of CTI
application wrong or them shutting down PC, etc but
wanted to check with others.

My other question is, the CTI Application ID JTAPI[56]
and the CAPS1. Is there a way to track down the JTAPI
to a user in CCM , and is CAPS1 the name of a
device/computer somewhere? I tried to ping CAPS1 and
it did not respond incase it was a computer somewhere
on the network using this CTI application.

EventID: 0xE0000003 (3) - Error:
kCtiProviderCloseHeartbeatTimeout -
CTI
heartbeat timeout; provider closing.
  App ID: Cisco CTIManager
  Cluster ID: StandAloneCluster
  Node ID: 10.10.0.10
  CTI Application ID: JTAPI[56]@CAPS1
  Process ID: 948
  Proce
