[cisco-voip] windows 2000 error in event logs

Even for a dual-interface machine that has the second interface disabled
and unbound for Microsoft protocols? The active interface still has
everything by default. Even after doing this stuff, I still have the
errors.

| requires the component "client for microsoft network" left active
| (checked) for the specific connection CM is binding to. CM calls win32
| "gethostbyname" which uses both hosts and lmhosts files, best to have
