[cisco-voip] Need advice on call coverage [Email Checked - APAC]

Thanks Phil,

PA seems to be what we are looking for (except it's rather pricey).
I wonder if there aren't any other cheaper third-party vendors selling 
similar functionality, since we do not have the resources to program CTI 
scripts..
