You will need to run the router in H.323 mode for caller-id to work.

The commands required as shown below:

voice-port #/#/#
    caller-id enable

Subject: [cisco-voip] Caller-Id

Greetings to all ...

I have a remote office with a pots line into a fxo port on a 1760
router. They would like caller-id to show on the phones for incoming
calls and I am having no luck finding any references as to setup on the
router or call manager. It is enabled on the telco side. We are on v3.3
on call manger and any nudge in the right direction would be greatly
appreciated.

Many thanks in advance,
