[cisco-voip] CM 4.1 and Unity

Check out the 4.0 release notes under the section "Cisco Unity  
Voice-Mail Port Changes".

Basically we went from having the first vm port be the pilot number and  
using CFB/CFNA to using an AC hunt group model for routing calls to  
voicemail.  Now your vm pilot is the number of the hunt list instead of  
the first voicemail port.  The vm ports don't forward anywhere instead  
they are members of a line group that is added to the hunt list.  The  
hunt list takes care of routing the call to the appropriate port.

Please note that your pilot number now cannot be the number of your  
first voicemail port.  Many a TAC case was generated when people first  
went to 4.0 and their calls wouldn't hunt because the hunt list and the  
first voicemail port had the same dn.
