[cisco-voip] Help with "Bearer capability not available"

Hello Ryan.

I greatly appreciate your quick response. It seems we had executed the
configuration command you suggested but its still doing the same thing.

Here is our config. If you have a second to go through it and see if you
spot anything obvious that would be wonderful. Either way, have a great
weekend!

Is it possible we don't have a WIC that supports PRI? I'm sorry I don't
have the model number handy as the router is remote at the moment. Which
WIC is required for a T1 PRI?
