[cisco-voip] Unity and Exchange

Greetings ...

We are running Unity 4.0.3 and exchange 2003.  I have some users that
can not access their voice mail from the phone.  The messages show up in
their inbox but never a as a new message on the phone.  Even if the
message is new (never read) or read they can not get access to it
through the phone.  Any help would be appreciated.
