[cisco-voip] cra autoattendant script

The default AA for CUE is terrible though.  The welcomePrompt does not
have "interuptable" set for the Prompt, and they are using a PlayPrompt
step not get digit or menu so you hit a button and have to wait for the
prompt to end before it takes action.
