[cisco-voip] DHCP Backup Methods

Microsoft has a tool called DHCPExIm (DHCP
Export/Import). I haven't tried this myself yet, but
it was covered in one of the cisco online web
trainings awhile back. I think it was mentioned in the
4.x upgrade/maintainance/migration powerpoint session
or similar.
