I had a good question come up the other day. If someone wants to use
Client Matter Codes for billing needs how do we make it work for
inbound calls. I know we use route patterns for outbound calls but
what about when a call is inbound. So if I am a consultant that just
received a call to my DID number is there a way to tag that in CDR
with the CMC?
