[cisco-voip] CSceg80858 -- Remote-Party-ID header issue

FYI -- The SIP Remote-Party-ID header generated by some cisco devices 
has had some issues. On 12.3(11)T2 on an AS5400, it doesn't include the 
user part (i.e., the phone number) and it's marked with a "screen=no" 
tag.

We worked around this issue in by disabling remote-party-id in the 
sip-ua
config.

A TAC engineer reports that DE probably has a fix, and we're going to 
be testing an image soon.

All this work for a non-standard SIP header. Cisco guys -- any plans to
support P-Asserted-Identity?
