[cisco-voip] CCM - Leading zeroes on calling number

Erick,

those fields are already filled in they way I would have done it. 

But they are within section "Clusterwide Parameters (Device - PRI and MGCP
Gateway)", so I imagine they are taken into account when using MGCP only
(which is not my case)?
