[cisco-voip] CCM - Leading zeroes on calling number

Vincent,

Open up Service Parameters menu, then choose Call
Manager service. Click the Advanced button to reveal
advanced settings.

Go down to PRI settings section and there should be 4
fields that are blank in a row if not set already. One
for local prefix, one for national prefix, and one for
international prefix. One for unknown. There may be
another one.
