[cisco-voip] SCCP 7940/7960 IP Phone Release 7.1(1) Firmware Deferral Notice

The text says "Cisco 7940/7960 One-way audio and Freeze or Reset," but
just recently a few of my users reported to be of bad voice quality.
Could this bug be related to garbled speech as well?
