[cisco-voip] SCCP 7940/7960 IP Phone Release 7.1(1) Firmware Deferral Notice

Unless downgrading the phone load fixes the garbled voice then I'd  
troubleshoot it like any other voice quality problem.  Does it only  
happen while talking to users via a gateway or is it ip phone to ip  
phone?
