[cisco-voip] Cisco 3800, PRI, Digital Modems

Tony,

Yeah, you'll need to pick up an NM-1CT1 - voice only hw, like a
VWIC-2MFT-T1 do not switch calls to a digital modem. I can't find any
worthwhile docs right now, but you're running into a hardware
limitation.
