[cisco-voip] CMM Module Controller SNMP MIB for up/down state

Update to this. I found the right MIB object I
believe,  but it is returning the status of "unknown"
on the Controller T1 ports. When I run the same
against a 3745 or 2650, etc it returns the correct
status. 

So looks like the CMM may use something other then the
Interface or IF-MIB and ifOperStatus object. Or theres
a issue with CMM not returning right status.
