IGNORE!! FW: [cisco-voip] Correcting phone directory entries...

We found it- it's in the User details section, not the phone section...

I have a situation that is probably simple to fix, but I don't know
how..
 
I have a user who is appearing in the directory as one extension# that
he originally had, but he's now at a new extension, and the directory
didn't update..
 
His new extension works fine, calls route, etc... even when calls arrive
from him you see the correct extension# being delivered as internal
caller ID on your phone- 
The only thing that's wrong is the directory didn't update.
 
I've tried going back in and changing the extension, and the description
field, and other things, then doing an Update and a Restart phone, but
nothing appears to be affecting the directory...
 
If you do a search on his new extension, the response is "No records
found"
