[cisco-voip] CallFwdALL

We have 4.1(3) with Device Pack 19. We have been running this for over a
month without any major issues. Suddenly sometime yesterday the
CallFwdALL option (via phone, ccmuser, and ccmadmin) stopped working. I
see this is a known bug in 3.3(2) but it shows resolved in 4.0. We
cannot go to 4.1(3)sr1 with hopes that will resolve it, due to it not
being supported with CRS 3.5(3)sr1 yet.

 

Has anyone seen this happen?
